Dr. Vaheh Shirvanian, MD
Family Medicine Physician | Board Certified
Speaks English, German, Armenian, & Farsi
With over 16 years of hands-on experience in family medicine and urgent care, Dr. Shirvanian is known for his thoughtful, practical approach to patient care. He completed his medical training at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, followed by residency at Piedmont Columbus Regional in Georgia.
Whether he’s treating a sprain, managing chronic conditions, or answering a late-night health question via telehealth, Dr. Shirvanian brings calm confidence and a genuine desire to help.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find him spending time with his family or planning his next travel adventure.
Lovelle Rivera, FNP-C, MSN, MBA
Family Nurse Practitioner | Emergency & Hospital Medicine
With more than two decades of experience in fast-paced medical environments—from the ER to the ICU—Lovelle brings a steady hand and a warm heart to every visit. Her dual master’s degrees in Nursing and Business Administration reflect her unique ability to blend clinical excellence with leadership and care.
Patients often say Lovelle makes them feel instantly at ease, and her calm presence, clear communication, and deep knowledge make all the difference.
When she’s off the clock, she’s usually hiking, fishing, or enjoying a home-cooked meal with her husband, kids, and their dogs.
Brandon Manibog, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner | Emergency Medicine Trained
Brandon’s journey in healthcare started over a decade ago, and he’s worn many hats along the way: EMT, ER Tech, RN, and now Family Nurse Practitioner. With a BSN from National University and a Master’s from UCLA, Brandon brings depth, versatility, and heart to every patient interaction.
He’s known for his friendly, no-nonsense communication style and his ability to explain even the most complex issues in simple, down-to-earth terms. Whether it’s a weekend sprain or a lingering cough, he’s here to help.
Outside of work, Brandon loves hiking, working out, and hanging with his wife, son, and their dog.
