Self-Pay Pricing and Services

We’re locally owned and operated, not a corporate chain. We don’t have the overhead costs of national franchises or hospital systems, so we pass those savings directly to you. Our goal is to make quality urgent care accessible to everyone in Santa Clarita, regardless of insurance status.

The office visit fee ($120, or $95 for new patients) covers your medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and provider time. It does NOT include additional services like lab tests, X-rays, procedures, or medications, which are priced separately.

Sports and school physicals ($50), work physicals ($75), TB testing (skin test $50, blood test $60, chest X-ray $80), COC nursing student physicals ($50), pre-op clearance ($300 standard, $275 for Dr. Lussier patients), and IV hydration therapy when it’s the only service (starting at $100) do not require an additional office visit fee. Everything else requires the office visit fee plus the service cost.

Yes. First-time patients save $25 on their office visit. Your first visit is $95 instead of the regular $120 office visit fee. This discount applies to general office visits only, not physicals or other specialty services.

The standard $300 pre-op clearance includes a complete physical exam, required lab work, EKG if needed, and surgical clearance documentation for most surgeries. The $350 pre-op clearance for Dr. Lussier patients includes an enhanced lab panel, extended evaluation specific to cosmetic surgery requirements, and direct coordination with Dr. Lussier’s office.

Our concierge service brings urgent care to your home. The home visit fee is $199 per patient, which covers the provider coming to your location. Any additional services (lab work, medications, IV therapy, procedures) are charged at standard pricing plus the home visit fee. This is ideal for patients who are homebound, have mobility issues, or prefer the convenience of in-home care.

For most services, payment is due at the time of service. However, if you have a larger bill (such as pre-op clearance, specialty wellness programs, or multiple services), please speak with our front desk staff about payment options. We want to work with you to make care affordable.

Wellness program pricing varies based on your individual treatment plan, medications prescribed, and frequency of visits. An initial office visit ($120, or $95 for new patients) is required for consultation and evaluation. After that, ongoing costs depend on your specific protocol. Yes. Home IV therapy costs $99 for the home visit plus the cost of the infusion you choose. For example, a basic saline IV at home would be $99 (home visit) + $100 (saline IV) = $199 total. This is different from our full concierge service, which includes full medical evaluation and treatment.

Yes. You’ll receive an itemized receipt at checkout showing exactly what services you received and what you paid. This receipt can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have an out-of-network benefit.
