We follow California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) and youth league standards, including:
Vitals: height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse
Vision screening
Heart and lung exam
Joint and flexibility check
Review of medical history
Clearance form completed on-site
We’ll flag any concerns and refer you if follow-up is needed, but most students are cleared the same day.
